Rosé
Separate Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir parcels were cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve varietal character. Displaying a delicate pale salmon hue,this Rosé opens with luscious aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, cream, and vanilla. Crafted in a dry style, its lively acidity balances a juicy core of crushed red berries and hibiscus and a long, refreshing finish.
Sauvignon Blanc
Isabel Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc displays attractive aromas of passionfruit, blackcurrant leaf and grapefruit. The palate is underpinned by citrus flavours, a textured palate with crushed herbs and a hint of minerality.
Pinot Gris
